Introduction: In recent years, laparoscopy's role in treating benign gallbladder and biliary tract diseases has been well confirmed. Objective: The main objective of the study is to find scope laparoscopic cholecystectomy patient with history previous upper abdominal surgery. Material methods: This retrospective was conducted khyber medical center Peshawar during June 2022 December 2022. An informed consent obtained from each included study. primary outcomes current involves incidence rate intraoperative injury secondary outcome includes postoperative strictures, bile leaks, hernia, infections, need for reoperation or drainage. Results: A total 316 cholecystectomies were performed. Out these 28 performed other hepatobiliary bariatric operations. remaining subjects 288, out which 212 did not show severe cholecystitis 76 had cholecystitis. 51 patients LC 22 treated LSC those 3 went through open excluded Practical Implication: will helps us hospitals Laparoscopic because it’s a safe method procedure.
